FAQs

  • After you submit a message, I’ll reach out via email to ask you to pick a day you would be able to hop onto a quick 30 min phone/zoom call. It will be to meet, discuss your vision, location and wants. If all goes well and you do decide to book with me, I will be sending you invoice for deposit, we'll sign a contract and start planning all the fun details.

  • After your consultation, we customize a Pinterest board geared for you! It will include outfits, from head to toe! I will help you pick out what outfits from your closet work for you and what you feel most comfortable in! I can even go shopping with you if you wish! Further details to prepare will be in your Welcome Packet.

  • Nope, absolutely not. This is entirely up to you. If you are comfortable with getting naked, go for it. If not, it’s okay too! My client care and level of comfort are very important to me so I will make sure that we will cover this question prior to your photoshoot.

  • As my business grows I hope to open a studio in the near future to welcome you. For now I am eager to find the right location for your dream shoot. I have a list of Air BnB's, Hotel room's and even in styled photography sets depending on what you have in mind.

If you are comfortable we can shoot in your home or please add the link to any place you have in mind in the booking form.

It's important I can visualize and prepare for what kind of lighting and space we will have for the shoot.

  • Yes. A save the date is due in order to book your session and secure your date. If you require me to book a space, most locations require a permit or rental fee, so I have to secure that in advance and that would be in addition to the deposit. It protects all parties and secures the session time for everyone!

  • I typically tell all my clients 2 weeks, but I usually try to get them done as soon as I can. I'm just excited as you are about your photos so you bet I'm rushing home to edit!

If you are working with a time constraint please let me know ahead of time & we can work something out.

  • When I book a shoot, I block out the entire day for you. I do not schedule anything else that day. Our meetings are important to make sure we tailor out every detail so on the day of we are ready and have everything scheduled out.

I am well aware that shoots can be unpredictable & sometimes you need me there longer than you may have realized (although, I try to communicate this with my clients beforehand). I am more than happy to stay for longer, I just require a $90/hr additional fee.

  • If you do decide to cancel, deposits are non-refundable. However, I'm currently not charging any rescheduling fees to any of my clients as long as it's their first time rescheduling & I am available on their new date.

  • I send all of my galleries through an online platform called “WeTransfer”.

Make sure to download all your images because the gallery will expire after two weeks.

I do not deliver any unedited or RAW photos but I always make sure to pick out the best moments that tell your story!

  • I print all of my own images at home with my photo printer. I offer Glossy, Luster, and Matter images in two sizes: 4x6 & 8x10.

I do sell prints in my shop! If you loved the photos from you shoot and decide after you want some images printed there is an option in the shop called “Post Shoot Joy” in which you can pay for your prints and I will reach out on which ones you want printed.

P.S. I love printing 4x6 because they are small enough to be sent by mail, they usually have a little something special, and it feels like you’re receiving a post card from a friend!

  • Honestly it’s the first time I’m looking behind the camera and everything we’ve planned has come together so perfectly. The first picture is an indescribable feeling of serotonin knowing our vision has been brought to life!
